Structure & Governance

The Boston Branch Association is composed of property owners who are members of the Home Owners Association. The affairs of the Association are managed by a board of six (6) directors chosen from among members in good standing. The officers of the Board of Directors are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer. Others members of the Board are members at large. For more information see our By-Laws here.

For information on the Association’s rules governing how members and their guests can use the common areas owned by the association, as well as provide rules for everyone’s general safety, see the Rules and Regulations here.

The Board generally meets once a month and holds an annual meeting each March. Minutes of these meetings are published elsewhere on this site. Among other duties, the Board sets the annual assessment which pays for current matters, long term issues such as maintenance of culverts and roads, and unforeseen emergencies.
