Short-Term Rentals

In the early part of 2019, the board voted unanimously to prohibit/ban any short-term rentals within the subdivision that are subject to the Restrictive Covenants, which apply to members of the Association. That vote was affirmed by our attorney and it is currently in effect. This ban includes Airbnb as well as any other “for profit” business platforms designed to enable a property owner to offer their residence as a short-term, “vacation type” rental.
